Let's see your impractical knives

While at first this knife may seem useless, I finally found a reason to own one.

Spikes, bro.

What are those knives called? I'd like to check them out, just for fun ;)

And if my Cold Steel Grosse Messer counts (German for big knife) it is my most impractical knife.

I was going to say my Cold Steel Rajah I was impractical, but since I carry it regularly and since it would do just about anything I asked of it, I guess it isn't impractical...

not quite as impractical as some but here they are, add in a MICROTECH SCARAB too, just got it post picture....

I drive a practical car but when it comes to 'practical' knives I wouldn't be caught dead with one. I'm sure you sad sacks would not find many of my dozens of knives to be 'practical' , and that's exactly why I find them to be very cool.
Of course if 'cool' means nothing to you, I would be happy to give your impractical knives a home where they'll always be much appreciated.

hahaha

as far as I can tell, mine are all rather practical. The only thing bigger than about 4.5 inches is an axe, and that gets a ton of use :D

maybe my ESEE 3 was, because it was my first "expensive" knife at almost $100, and then I rarely used fixed blades any ways. Now it sees more use, but I admittedly like my Moras much more.

I guess if I was a professional knife fighter this would be great, but......I'm not...a professional. I like it though. CarbonV; IMO you can't go wrong :)

I would actually like it if it had sane ergonomics and more than a millimeter of zytel-like material holding the whole thing together.
And a v grind.
And scales that fit.
