Let's see your oldest Spyderco...

Clipit Delica. I've had it for a year or two. Very smooth lock back and still locks up tight.

I had a large Wayne Goddard Micarta I wish I'd kept and I still have the penultimate oxymoronic Spyderco, the Copilot designed to be airplane friendly in '87 mine traveled on many flights with me till 9/11/01

One of these two, though I'm not sure of their exact ages:

I only have 2 spyderco knives... one purchased in '93 +/- a year, a Police model. And then the recent Farid K2 collab.

Here is the old one, stainless with matching sink:

People thought I was an undercover police or DEA when they would see this knife :)

And back then I knew ATS-34 was good, so ATS-55 must be better :D

This early left handed Mariner could be the oldest Spyderco I own, although I own several others of similar vintage so it's impossible to say for sure.

This aluminum Peter Herbst is the first Spyderco I purchased and thus the one I've owned the longest. It was purchased on the Exchange here, from Anthony Cheeseboro. :)

this is my second Spyderco, lost my first one, an Endura when I was a sophomore, bought this Tim Wegner Jr. Shortly after.

I was a little late to the game but now I'm sold on Spyderco. My first was the Tenacious, simply to try out the brand. I was popping bales of hay and felt something wet dripping down my arm. It was blood. I had cut myself and didn't even realize it. Wow, the knife cut like a surgical scalpel. :D

Carried this first gen Delica for a long time. If you look close, above the stamping, you can see the divot from putting it on a hardness tester. I got this in 1996-1997.

My oldest would be a Spyderco Native LW II, but I'd lose mine every 3 years, or so. Oldest current Spyderco is probably either a Spyderco Native LW II or the Iraqi Freedom Native Spyderco sent me while I was in Afghanistan in 2006.

Top is a "Clipit Dyad Jr" in ATS-55 steel.
The one below it is a "C23 Renegade" in GIN-1 steel, circa 1994-1997.

I picked them both up in a hardware store in Denver thinking, "Boy, I really like that hole in the blade."

^^ Cool! I didn't realize they were using the "USA Earth" slogan that far back - interesting.

For those that don't date back that far with Spyderco....
This is the first Spyderco Solo (Rising Sun)... rarely seen, designed by Sal himself.
