Let's see your overbuilt or utility Bucks.

Cool thread Mak, these are my favorite kinds of knives. I love the Tops colabs. Like a idiot when they came out I bought the "responder" that damn cutter caught on EVERYTHING. The knife was awesome but it had to go and never got a regular one. It took a beating for sure.

@MT_Pokt , that is a hell of a Bowie, a huge slab of s30. Beautiful

O onionfan that is a odd knife. You don't see to many examples of that floating around. Very nice.

1.6 lbs! 1/4 inch thick..... ?
That's a beast! Very very cool.
Thanks for sharing.
........A knife that special deserves the details.

Mike,
I've never seen a long 192. And that Cabela's skinner is cool.

Agreed. Cool thread. At first I wondered what the heck could show up.....
I've been schooled. Thanks.

Brhowser87 Brhowser87 , I asked my wife for that knife for my birthday the year we got married. 2008. I was sure that would be the last knife I needed to carry every day to work. That grind has some advantages and some disadvantages... Needless to say I'd be embarrassed to admit how much I've spent on knives since then. I guess there is no one knife for me. Only solace is it is cheaper to be addicted to knives than drugs or women.:D

Trust me there's no reason to be embarrassed around here....... Maybe around normal people :D

Great knives and posts here -

I always thought the 651 Pig-Sticker was one that was overbuilt -

Let's gather up the multi purpose tools, gadgets and or overbuilt products.

I got a Buck CSAR-T. The thing is an absolute unit; overbuilt to the point it makes other overbuilt knives look positively wimpy.

Really interesting and unique construction method on these. I haven’t really figured out what I’m supposed to use it for though.

That’s a beautiful knife. What were they asking for it?

It was right around $2k. Don't know if that's what they go for but it had the original royal blue velvet lined wooden case too. Most of these shops have wiggle room on price if you have cash.
