Nordic Viking, that is a great photo of your Border Collie's, we had one on the farm when I was young, they are one of my favorite dogs.

My avatar is my Standard Poodle, Alice... (Her registered name is "Laura's Looking Glass Lady.") I also have a black and white cat. Her name is Onyx. All my animals' names begin with a vowel. My most recently deceased is named Ouzo.

This is "Squirt" he's a 7 year old Chipeke (chihuahua-pekingese) mix.

He sings to the theme to "Sanford and Son" every time the show comes on , we get a show with his performance. It never get's old for him of us.

I agree that they are gorgeous dogs, but I must disagree about what they are saying... What they appear to be saying is: "WTF are you trying to say you dipshit? You aren't making any sense!" Sorry, but my dog says that all the time. Either that or, "What the hell are you trying to say? Throw the freaking ball, you idiot! What do you think; you think I'm a freaking retard? Just THROW THE FREAKING BALL!!!"

p.s. You're right about the [tennis] ball being their incentive to pose for the pic. I skipped the ball photo because it might be classified as Gadgets and Gear.

Heres mine:
2.5 year old Miniature Australian Shepherd. Total blue merele, two grey eyes. This guy is borderline insane....the most active and athletic dog I have ever owned. 18" at the shoulder and can clear a 5 foot fence wihout any problem whatsoever.....
