Lets see YOUR rarest production knife!

First of ^^^^^^cool leek!!^^^^^^

And I'm glad knottyeagle didn't post pics:eek:

Who wants to see rare knives with super glue all over em?:D
Not like I have any rare knives in the first place. I have LE ones but none that I would feel comfortable posting here.

I have a one of three ZT0560 that Mr. Welk handed to my two buddies and myself for riding my motorcycle to Tualatin from Peoria; it is my EDC.

I also have a DLC Tilt - not sure of the number, but there are few of these jewels out there.

I was going to post pics of my blue and red stonewashed Skylines, but Mr. Stick beat me to it. I guess I will have to go with this picture (not a very good one, I am sorry to say, really need to take good quality pics of all of my collection); most of them are kind of rare now, but the ones in the lower left-hand corner are, I am pretty sure, quite rare. They were intended only for the South African market, as I understand it, and were never intended to be sold in the states; the large one is the King Cheetah 1434 (same size as the old High Tech Series Hawk), the Cheetah 1429 (same size as the old Wild Wild Turkey), and the Cheetah Cub 1424 (no pocket clip on this one). I got them off of the 'bay years ago, don't remember from who.

Unsure how many of either were made, I know a lot less of the bottle openers, Both are hard to come by, the one is impossible to find.

Hey Ju-ju, here's a neat story about the Modified Talon (bottle opener).

http://www.donrearic.com/southerncomfort.html

The Talons were produced in 1997-1998. MSRP was $130 for each. Model numbers were PE 1420, CE 1420ST, and the "bottle opener" was 1421ST. Somewhere around here I have the production numbers...dam, where'd I put those numbers.....

They were Ti and ATS-34

I'll play.

Tyrade 1850ORBB - 1 of 119
Tyrade 1850OR - 1 of 150
Blur 1670BOR - 1 of 300
Volt 3600 - 1 of 349
Junkyard Dog 1725SG2 - 1 of 400
Tilt 4001SW - 1 of 480

I actuaqlly have that address saved in my favorites :D! If you do happen to find those numbers I would be more than interested in taking a gander at them ;) I love the ats-34 on these bad boys. It seems to have a good HT and stays sharp for a looong time.

This is when I miss not having TW around to post a few ridiculous pics of the rare Kershaw's he has hidden away.

This appeared mysteriously in the mail one day.

Thomas posted some pictures of all the knives he has in the drawers of his cabinet at work. I made a comment about this knife and "PRESTO" it was mine.

Just another great example of his generosity.

He said that when they first started working with Damascus for their folders, they decided to see how tough it was and this is one of the results.
