Haven’t had this one out in some time. Inspired by 5K Qs blue mini copperhead, only this one doesn’t have that nice red shield.

Same boat here. Mine was in Chicago for something like 20 days! Good news is it's currently out for delivery

Another boat here lol . Not a trapper but a CopperHead was suppose to be delivered yesterday and today it just says pending with no delivery date set (

Yes sir, and boy am I out of practice! Haven’t tied in awhile, you lose the skill quickly. You tie?

Used to, was thinking of getting back into it but the cost is too high. Still, the hackle and hurl in your picture sure made me miss it. There's nothing like catching a fish on a pattern you designed and made.

Mine left on May 14 from Marinette, WI and has been stuck since May 23 in Chicago.
For the moment no news.
But my last package from Louisiana took 51 days to arrive instead of the usual 12 days
I hope it will be less long...
(if it ever arrive)

Here's Another Single Blade Case, this Time a Copperhead

Allow me to list some of the things that make this (new to me) Case, one great knife;
synthetic yellow 3 7/8" handle - proven tough, hand-filling and without question the quintessential Case
dog tooth shield - a welcome change from their oval
stonewashed pinch-able, 3" CV blade with half stop - pre aged goodness with great W & T, legal most everywhere
thin, sharp, and of the highest quality F & F
and of course... that fantastic copperhead - covering the tang corner while forming a useful and comfortable guard

I've always appreciated Case's Copperhead design and now with this single blade, I may have the best one yet!!
