Lets see your woods blades collections for 2011

Yay for steel and leather! (and a little kydex :D )

Some old, some new. As you can see, I'm pretty set on small blades, where as I am far less decided when it comes to bigger blades.

...Oh, and my awesome work/woods bag from Saddleback Leather.

I do have a M.U.C.K. coming from Koster sometime this summer as well, and I'm sure I'll pick up a couple more as the season gets going.

I have others, but these are the ones I'm most fond of and like to use the most.

^ thanks :)- it does give me a chance to a get a little more familiar w/ the knives I have- when there are fewer competing for use (of course it wouldn't hurt my feelings to have that "problem" either :D)

Saw this thread at sundown so these pictures aren't that good.

Think this will be the main kit for 2011.

Hopefully wont need the wheel gun but the Pabst is a must!

My daughter loves tools.

The USMC is well tested and the Norlund reground hatchet is a great little tool. I'll give the two GB pieces a workout this spring.

These are the knives that I can't put down lately.

So most of this will see some use this year.

I'm really liking the Skookum Bush Tool I have to say. Combined with the Bahco, Norlund/GB hatchet and the +B Bushcrafter I should be set!

I think a Brian Andrews and Ray Laconico are next on the radar.

I've since acquired quite a few more fixed blades but this is some of what I jave to chose from when I'm out and about.

I know that this picture is horrible, but this is the best I've got right now.

Top is a JK Anniversary Knife

Left to Right: Custom I made, Jeff White French Trade Knife, Koyote Stead Knife, and a Matt Bailey

Here are some of mine. I also have a beautiful JK custom scandi w/ osage scales, a koyote slim finn, & a koster shortness, but they haven't made it out on any trips yet.

Chop^2 - that white handled one is my fav "machate." Had it for years.

Edited to add: After reading further, I noticed another post on the good 'ol "fishing machate." Well, thqat makes three. ;-)

Hi all,

This is one that I will be using in 2011.

Just finished this one up this week. 7" long blade just a tad over 1.5" wide, 3/16" thick, 5" long handle, Elk antler for the handle and brass tubbing for the pins.
I left the forge look on the blade.

J Williams has some beautiful knives posted in the first page. That said, I'll spend months in the mountains this year with no more than a 4" folder - my back doesn't carry like it used to! :-)

What machete is that next to the bottom?
