Let's talk about the folder lock. (JERRY, READ THIS)

I've held THE FOLDER and examined the lock while Jerry explained it to me. It wasn't a liner lock. And beyond that, all I'm willing to say without Jerry's consent is that appeared to me to be a more sturdy and dependable lock than others I know.

You can bet one thing.... if it's not the strongest folder on the planet... it won't be tagged Busse :)

I dont think we'll get much outta Jerry on this ;) and with a title "JERRY, READ THIS" yelling probably wont get much done either  ;) :D

I've heard the stories of lock strength as well, my favorite is it holding a cars weight. Might just be me, but that seems like an awfully strong lock and something that doesnt exist in the knife world yet. Very exciting stuff! :D

I'm surprised more thought hasn't been given to a balisong-type set up. The pivot pins can be made as beefy as you like, with no possibility of failure due to flex or the locking mechanism being blocked by debris.

There are many jurisdiction in this fair land of ours that frown on and prohibit carrying or possession of balisong style blades. At least around me they do.

Yeh Ed, I think FLH was just voicing an opinion in that other thread bro.

so true my man, so true... just my humble, un-informed opinion... :)

...and tip-down is the only way to carry the folder!! Will this start things boiling again? :D

HOLY COW....
