Lets talk camping and a mini gear review

I posted about my new ESEE knives RC-4 in this thread: RC-4 in the kitchen - Mini review. Think you guys might like it. I also included pictures of food that I've cut with my RC-4. The recipes are in the Cantina recipe thread and standard camp fair for me so I figure that it's cool to post in this thread. ;)

What's kinda strange now is that even on the link I put up when you click "Home" now it doesn't go back to the kennel like it did before..... Weird. :eek: ;) :D :o

We love camping. Take my kids every Spring for Spring break. Instead of heading for the sunshine state we hit the woods.

That sounds like a lot of fun. Good memories to build with your kids. How old are they now? Some of my fond memories as a kid are camping with the family/church groups.
