Lets talk lightning storms

You could take your knife out wave it above your head and yell, "By the power of grayskull" LOL

just kidding, I actually had to think about 5 minutes and remember the phrase. I used to love that show 30 years ago...:D

foam mat and staying low as possible is my ticket. Just remember to stay lower than everything around you.

I was struck by lightining right after my daughter was born, had not even left the hospital yet. went outside for a smoke, it was raining and I had an umbrella in my hand. lightining struck the umbrella and made my arm and hand muscles lock for about 3 minutes. no lasting damage but I still have a great fear of lightining!!!

I was holding a microphone at a wedding and was right in the middle of auctioning off the bridesmaids and POW! Lightening struck something and the jolt went though the equipment and into me. I doubt much of the strike actually made it to me, but it was enough that I knew what happened. I was drunk as three little indians and it woke me right up. I could feel my heart going nuts and everything hurt. After a few minutes I was all better, but it still freaked me and everyone else out. So if you're caught in a lightening storm during a wedding, don't be a drunk a$$hole.

We had a big lightening storm last night. Two big pine trees in my front yard were hit. There is wood scattered all over my yard a those of my neighbors. There is a hugh chuck out of one of the trees and the bark is stripped from both trees.

My computer printer is a boat anchor now, as is my furnace.

Back when I had the hair it stood on end just before lightening hit.Lightening is nothing to play with.
