I just did up a maple handles leuku pattern bushcrafter- 15N20, .095 thick, convex grind on a fully buffed forge finished blade. I pulled this down with a vinegar soak and 400 grit followed by crocus cloth after heat treating and it's a very pretty rustic look. Scales are maple, with a good pattern and a soft satin finish from tung oil in 3 soaks and a finishing coat of briwax.

Blade is 5 inches with an overall length of 9 5/8 inches.

Sheath on this one is the simpler ranger style instead of a full expedition, makes for a low profile and light package with a solid hold.

sold - Asking $135 including shipping via priority mail, and as always overseas shipping costs more, but is doable. Paypal, money order check, or tremendous quantities of venison jerky are accepted.

thanks!

Great looking knife Christof. Those handles are sweet. This one is over the fence.

Sure Is Beautiful ! You did a Great Job on this one Koyote, The Wood Scale's are "Nice", The Perfect Bushcrafter, And at a Great Price, Someone's gonna get a Goodun with this Beauty ! I'm glad your getting some use out of the "Crocus Cloth",

Well gents, this one's mine. I've been drooling all over this thread for a week, trying to justify a Fiddleback Bushcrafter and a few others of similar design. The price and traditional Scandinavian design, mixed with it's rugged looks is what sold me. Plus Cristof had responses to my emails almost instantly. Great guy to work with, now I just need to get hands-on with the final product :)
