I bought this over a year back for a 308 AR10 build I had in mind. The build never happened and this high-quality monolithic upper has sat in its original box and packaging the whole time. This specific model is currently not listed on their website. The rail system was their own system from what I remember. It was set up in a similar system to M-LOK and why I got the 10-bar rail segment when I bought it. The rail segments are still on their website. When I bought this upper the MSRP was $1249. The current heavy uppers are listed at $1169. The kicker is LMT mainly does military contracts from what I have read, meaning it's very rare & random when they restock parts. The heavy monolithic uppers being one of those rare items. Everything that I have read says LMT (and the MARS-H 7.62) is very comparable/ on the same level as Knights Armament and their famous SR25. And I will test that. I looked this upper over very closely when I received it. It is built like a tank, it's a very robust and solid upper. I am asking for less than what I paid for this in hopes someone else puts it to good use and will build it out.
