Just want to point out how good the people at busse are, I accidentally sent them 316 dollars through PayPal and Lexi had it back to me in a hour no questions asked, just a stand up company and people! Thanks again Lexi!
Yeah I cant complain.... I called them the other morning and Lexi happily let me spend another $800 without problems....Oh....wait..........
The Busse crew make the service very personal and help out with any little issue or concern along the way. I could not begin to list the things they have gone "above and beyond" on for me over the past couple of years.
Lexi is without a doubt a hard worker and takes customer service very seriously. Customer service depts around the world could really learn a thing from her.
And yes Jeff, same goes for Pokey. Jerry did good.
Today Lexi let me send a Swamp Rat knife to Busse for repair. I was also sending in a Busse for resatin. I really appreciate this and it saved me having to do two packages. Merry Christmas Lexi. Richard Wingert
