Sorry to see Lexi has left. I had always enjoyed talking with her.
I figured something may be up when she had not responded to a recent email and then when I received my order confirmation on the recent BB13 offering and "KENDRA" was listed as contact for questions.
 
Lexi you will be missed!!! Thank you so much for your time, patience and always the best attitude, I wish you the best in your new endeavor.

Best of luck in your new career. I am relatively new to Busses and had limited interaction with you but the times I did call you always found the answer in a friendly and professional manner. You are a model for what customer service should be. You will be missed by the whole Buses community.

Thank you Lexi for all that you have done for all of us.
You will be really missed.
It always brightened my day to hear the nice lady on the phone when I called into Busse Combat, always willing to go search orders and find out info even though she helped thousands of customers, she always made you feel like you were the most important one :)

I sincerely wish you the best in the future.
