This is one of my butcher knives, cut from a bar of .214" thick 5160 spring/tool steel. I hand forge in the taper to the edge and that causes the curve to form. I then finish grind, oil harden, and temper them but this one is untempered, at full hardness. It is 12&7/8" long overall and has 7&5/8 sharpened edge, and weighs almost 1 pound. The Cocobolo scales are removable for cleaning or maintenance and are finished with an Orange oil/beeswax combo. This one i took out to a 180 grit matte finish, but I will polish it out if the buyer wishes. I'll take $80.00 shipped in the U.S., $10.00 more outside, preferably paypal. Contact me here or at djl66ftwii@gmail.com This knife is also up for auction on ebay, if it is bought here I'll end the auction. Thank you for your interest.SOLD.
