This is a stock removal piece, carved from a .214" thick bar of 5160 high carbon spring steel. I then oil harden, Temper to 475F., and take the finish out to a 180 grit matte, but i will polish it out or parkerize it free of charge. The Goncalo alves scales feature hand inlet brass hardware and are removable for cleaning or maintenance. It is 13" overall, 7&15/16" tip to wood, and weighs over 13OZ.
