Glad it got to you in a timely fashon Dan.
I do love my Lawman also. The gent I got mine from stripped the black off the blade and smoothed out the action. It opens smooooth and fast!
I thought the G-10 was a little too coarse and smoothed it on the buffers at work and polished the blade up some more. Now it is pocket friendly too.
Mine is a linerless version. Do you find much differance other than weight with the steel lined ones?

I have also smoothed the G-10 alittle, was well as removed the black coating from the spine of the blade, the lock lever, and the pocket-clip that I received from you today...The knife really looks nice that way. I have not yet handled one of the linerless models, but I don't find the weight of mine with the steel liners all that objectional...In-fact, I like the weight. I can only imagine that the dual steel liners must add somewhat to the total strength of the knife, and its' lock, as the liners help to support the pins & screws.
