This is a replica of a French winemakers knife ,with added corkscrew . The company ,Le Liadou Du vallon ,Marcillac France
New un used . Box,cert.,pamphlet included
Leather perforated pocket pouch made specifically for this model ,in brown
$200 shipped in USA
4-5/8" closed
Blade is 3-3/4" with 3-1/2" of cutting edge
OAL open 8-3/8"
Blade steel is Sandvik 14C28 ,flat ground very thin,a slicer
Fully rounded handle of nicely figured juniper.
Smooth action with half stop ,I'd say the tension is 5+ on blade ,7-8 on corkscrew .
The corkscrew has a " nail ease" for better purchase opening . This is not your normal corkscrew it is very heavy duty looking . Although I've not tried it ,it looks very good .
