Hate to let go of this one. It is one my prettier ones. I sanded the blade pretty fine. I don't remember exactly what grit, but I am guessing 1200
OAL: 8 3/4"
Blade Length: 4 1/4"
Blade Width Just In Front of Plunge Line: ~29/32"
Thickness: ~.094"
Bevel: Hand-filed flat.
G10 Liners
Stainless Pins
GFlex Epoxy
Wood Finish: Beeswax dripped on, excess scraped off with a credit card [my Honda Riders Club card, to be honest], then hand-burnished.
Sheath is partially lined, and triple-treated with Sno-Seal after assembly.
Issues: Please Read: This rig is not spectacularly perfect: The edge of the sheath is not square, and the underneath spine on the tang is kind of rough.
Process note: I rub on the sno seal, then stick it in an oven of about 120-140 degrees, to let it soak for 15 minutes or so, then repeat a couple more times. Then I burnish it with a soft cloth.
Asking $90, which includes Priority shipping in USA. No other destinations, please. First "I'll take it" gets it.
