Deer season opened here a couple of weeks ago and this is the style of knife that I like to carry. It won't hack off a limb or baton kindling but it is compact and all the knife a person needs to do field dressing. I sometimes carry a small ax for relatively heavy chopping and a knife like this in my day pack.

Mostly stock removal from 3/32" thick 52100 steel
Heat treated in my shop for fine grain and edge holding properties
Flat grind with a mat finish and forged texture on the flats
Blackwood handle
Overall length: 7 inches
Blade: 3 1/4 inches
Leather scabbard that can be worn left or right. I installed the belt loop flat against the scabbard for less bulk if carried in the pocket or day pack

SOLD delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account and email address is gldrewknives@gmail.com Please feel free to contact me with other payment methods or overseas shipping costs.

I like the black wood. These types of knives of yours are very handy and go quick.
