Lightest

Almost all companies make knives of varying weight which makes looking at knives weight by company sort of pointless. Rather, take the merits of each company's individual knife offerings for what they are.

Victorious Bakers Knife!
Folding, stainless, fits in a wallet and it is .3 ounces!

They can be found for $10-15. Buy one, touch it up and stick it in your wallet. You will forget it until you need a knife and you will never leave the house "knifeless".

Gillette. Well, they don't fold.

Going by model makes more sense than by company. Spyderco sells many lightweight folders, but they also sell heavy ones.

Mnandi is very light at 1.25 oz....but probably not the lightest, or cheapest :)

I can't find an official weight on the Gerber GDC Zip Blade but I used to have one and it's gotta be super light. (although it is a 'folding blade' some may not consider very useful)

Victorinox. Christy knives are pretty light but not technically a folder.
