Heat treated with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind with a mat finish
Dyed curly maple handle
Overall length: 7 1/2 inches
Blade: 3 5/8 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop

Thank you Gerry! I don't know how may of your knives this brings my total to since I have been giving them as gifts to sons and grandsons, but I have eyes on 8 right now in my collection! I have a large family (6 children, and 17 grandchildren to date), and my oldest son alone has 2 of your knives. Apparently I bought my first one from you not long after redeploying from Ramadi, Iraq on 26 JUL 2006, so I am averaging about one per year. One that I bought in 2009 is on my belt every day every where I go.
