Lightweight folding saw and fillet knife ?

What is the third knife on the left.....looks sweet. Also, is the steel on the folding Rapala any good?
 
Third from left is a Busse fillet knife.

The folding Rapala says Swedish steel, so I assume it's decent. It works well on small fish.
 
Another for the Fiskars slide out saw. I have been carrying it on SAR missions for 4 years and it has seen some heavy use including non SAR duty like sawing raw cow thigh bones for my Lab to chew on.

In my mind for the weight and price there is no better saw ever made. Note* it will go dull eventually but can be resharpened if you choose or hell for that price go buy a new one. ;)

The SOG hunter revolver knife has an excellent saw blade. The gut hook may actually work well for fish? Never tried it as I throw mine back unless they are foul hooked. I suspect between your SAK and the SOG, you will be able to easily complete whatever task is at hand. I also have a Schrade filet knife with a wood handle that is quite nice.
