I just got my shipping notice from Cutlery Shoppe for an Endura 4 FFG ZDP-189. I'm stoked about this knife guys thanks RevDev for the nod on the ZDP.

I don't foresee any trouble with the steel. I have read a few posts where the member had to lock-tite the pivot screw. We'll see, it should be fun. I think it was British Racing Green but the stock photos look black, either color will look very nice. :thumbup: :D

I own both the G10 Endura and the ZDP FFG Endura. The FFG model is noticeably lighter than the G10 version. Personally, I find the FRN handles more comfortable. The ZDP steel is excellent; holds an edge really well. I know there is a lot of apprehension about sharpening ZDP but most of the pros here will tell you to not let your blade get dull, just touch it up to keep it sharp and you won't have to spend alot of effort re-profiling/resetting an edge. Word. I own the little brothers of the Endura (Dragonfly) in ZDP and VG-10. I EDC the ZDP, the edge is stupid sharp and as long as you wipe it down and touch up the edge you're fine. Congrats on the new ZDP :D

Color will be British Racing Green. Congrats on your purchase (I have one too...love it!).
