Received a like new 0561 a few weeks ago, everything is mint. Only thing that's not factory is the edge, sharpened it on DMT Diasharps to EEF and it feels great. Put some Nano-Oil on the pivot/KVT and this thing is silky smooth. The original pocket clip had a slight scratch on it so I ordered a new one and screws from Kershaw, you'll get the original clip and screws as well as the new one already on the knife. Lockup good, blade centered. No box or papers.
