I do not have a Cooperlock yet, and I really like the smooth colored bone on that one, the swaging, the long pull, it has to my mind a "strong" clip shape.
Because this is the traditional area I'll post these pictures here first. This is from a gun show in February, the first one that my 5 year old daughter had ever been to. As is tradition with myself and my brother, when we bring somebody to the gun show for the first time they get a kukrie(take your pic on spelling

) from our local "Kukrie Dude" as we affectionately call the seller- he is married to a Nepalese lady and gets his kukries from his relatives directly. I've known Dave for years and have a great relationship with him. My daughter has a good eye for knives already, and gets to pick out my knives for me on most days. I took her over to the table and had her look over the selection. I passed her a couple, after reminding her how to properly sheath and unsheath the knife, and to remember what side of the knife was sharpened. Passed her a couple, "nope", "nope", "Yep". Like that she had chosen. Asked her to hold a couple more to see what she thought, but she returned to her choice, #444 marked on the blade. I looked it over, no obvious flaws in the handle (no accessory blades on this one, the sheath did not allow for any), so I asked Dave what he wanted for it. He asked me for $25, and my daughter has her first Kukrie!
Hamming it up for the camera:
