Man...that looks like a great outting and some great eats. Super jealous...was stuck inside all weekend with a bad cold. So how longer did you let the bird simmer before you took it off the direct heat?
Real nice camp set-up. I'm looking for one of those tents for my Blazer S-10. I love it when I go into the woods during hunting season and eat what I shoot the same day. If it's deer I always eat the liver the same night. Good stuff!

man o man, have you ever wrapped them up in bacon strips. It is fantastic. Easy to do on a fire too.
