I almost never name my knives, someone else gave this the name Lil' Dude so I just ran with it.
It is differentially heat treated 1095 with a hamon. It has been polished to 1500 and etched.
The handle is bocote. It has a nice swell that tucks into the palm of the hand when gripped through the ring hole. It is really comfortable and it provides a very secure grip. It is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. It holds the knife securely and allows for a smooth draw.
Dimensions
Blade - 4" cutting edge
Blade to handle - 4 5/8"
OAL - 7 5/8"
Price - $195 shipped to US. I will send internationally for an additional fee.
I will have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp saying "I'll take it!" gets it.
