Lil Temp Question

Hi guys. I have a Lil Temp. which I purchased about a year ago on the exchange. I have never been a big fan of folders for fear of lock failure. But I must admit that locks have come a long way.

Anyway, beefy frame locks are usually the locks I am most at ease with. The Lil Temp has a "compression" lock I think? Right? How secure/strong is the lock on the Lil Temps rated here by you guys? I know a lot of people think it is a hideous looking knife but its handle ergonomics are awesome IMHO. Thanks.

All right. I think I have my answer after digging some more. It appears that the compression lock on the Lil Temp is highly regarded. Good to know.

Sounds like you got it figured out before I got here. "Hell for stout" would not be inaccurate for the compression lock on the Lil' Temp.

Can the Lil Temp be modded or upgradded with better parts like better washers?

If no one else knows, STR has moded or repaired just about every type of Spydie around; he might know.
