Correct. An independent growler test gave them top marks for temperature retention:

"The Innate Craft Growler also wins the prize for keeping our tasty American Wheat brew the coldest at both the six and twelve hour marks. The Craft Growlers did so well on temperature retention we checked them again at the 24 hour mark where the final temp was only 53.7 degrees."

The beer started out at 43.5 degrees.

Mine is gonna be for hot chocolate for the whole family during winter outings.

During the rest of the year I will use it to keep my water cold in the car while traveling in this texas heat!

I may have to find a brewery and see if I can get it filled up though........ just to test it out. lol

You know, I hadn't considered putting water in them. These will be perfect for road trips!

Fill it at least half way up with ice and it will probably stay chilled for almost two days I bet.

I have the Innate double walled cup and it keeps ice cubes in it for hours and doesn't even have a lid.
 
So, it seems a bit odd that Texas residents have to pay sales tax. I would think that these would be separate from regular sales since Dex is just handling the shipping and not selling them to the public... Or am I wrong?
 
Are folks getting orders in? I'm assuming everyone is covering commitments. I know Gus needs to cover a minimum.

Unfortunately Uncle Sam only cares where the order was processed... Sorry Texas, just another thing to dislike about congress and Washington.
 
Response has been positive - really impressed. Thanks folks. Hoping we get all these sold so I can look into another offer in the future. Maybe a matching 32 oz version? Or some insulated beer glasses like the ones we had at The Gathering? Just some ideas...

The double walled cups

Then the 32oz

then maybe a coffee mug thing with the lid

then a liquor flask

then some shot glasses.


All of your drinking needs will be taking care of!
