Limited Edition Blades

I am with you Andy, although I usually (with few exceptions) end up using them all :D

Just realized I have a (not great) picture of a CS blade in use after clearing trail...if LEs didn't have those pesky numbers and markings on them, I'd own and use them too :D

satin finishes make the best users and it is a rare bird that actually has the heart to flog on of these.

I'll agree with the first half of that statement :D That's a satin NMSFNO buried in a log up there. Knives are for using...never understood the idea of collecting them. Collecting is for wine and whisky.

The sad part is, the Limited Editions are bred to be used….. satin finishes make the best users and it is a rare bird that actually has the heart to flog on of these.

I have had a few le's in my safe on top of each other in the hopes they would breed and produce more LE's. No luck yet. I am thinking of getting one drunk.

Well, I was with you, sorta...

But wine and whisky are for drinking, not collecting. Unless you mean collecting as much in your stomach as possible in one sitting?

Thank you gentlemen. That's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to my user collection though :D I enjoy using my combat grade and custom shop blades just as much :)

This is my HG-55 LE#55.....my first and favorite busse, as someone stated above the the satin LEs really do make the best users, saves me a lot of work stripping all that crap off the blade. Now I look for satins/LEs only
