I’m trying to get and stay aware of limited editions and sprint runs, but the only way I’ve found to keep on top of them is by combing the websites of all the major online vendors. This is a clumsy and time/effort-intensive way to stay aware and I still miss things because there are LE’s/SR’s with vendors that I’m not yet even aware of. I’ve also kept an eye on the BF For Sale By Dealers forum, but I’ve seen SR’s come and go that weren’t mentioned there so that didn’t help.

Is there any better way to keep aware of LE’s and SR’s?
 
I always learn about them from BladeForums, actually. Some do slip by me, but by far and wide this site tends to let me know what's going on in the Sprint/Limited runs before they hit the shelves.
 
Sign up on the various sites for their news letter and set up your mobile device to alert you of new emails.
You get the email that announces the LE knives in the news letter
 
I hear you, I just scored a new black Bladehq para 3 exclusive by luck from a forum member. I figure if I am going to get the rare knives then I have to put in the work to find them.

I just ran across the .... exclusive Delica. Wow, what a beautiful knife that I never even heard of. Price is a little more than I want to pay but love the colors and materials.
