Liner Lock Failure-What do I do Know?

Am I the only person wondering what is going on here? Why is it that JC is unwilling to tell us what knife it was that bit him and just what he was doing with it at the time? I asked this a fewe days ago and I am still waiting for an answer, And getting more suspicious as I wait.

I have never understood the fascination with liner locks in the first place. Are they so poular because they're easier to make?? Take care! Michael

I have long been of the opinion that you have to be aware of YOUR limitations and those of your equipment. If you're not, then you're just stumbling in the dark in whatever you are doing.

A racing driver doesn't choose to run on slicks in the wet, but when he is forced to by events out of his control, he adapts his driving to that unfavourable circumstance. The best drivers of all often had the better ability to judge these limits more accurately than their opponents and, therefore, get colser to them without losing control. The same is true of some of the more famed fighter aces.

I would much rather carry a Nimravus cub than a Pinnacle, and a Pinnacle than a miniAFCK, but if the choice is made for me, by law or luck, then I will endeavour to establish and adapt to the limitations of whatever I am fortunate enough to be equipped with.

By all means continue to develop and improve and test. but never forget that folders arer DESIGNED to fold

PS

I didn't mean that to sound rude or judgmental.

I cut a tendon in my index finger when I was younger (not by a knife folding on me). Initially I put it down to stupidity, but the real reason was ignorance.

Stupidity is not learning from your mistakes, or those of others.
