I've searched and I'm not coming up with a definitive answer. I'd like to make a slim liner lock. I'm planning on 3/32" stock. Is 0.048" 6-4 titanium too thin to make a decent lock? Seems it would be fine, especially in that thin of a blade, but I wasn't sure.

On smaller knives with 3/32" stock I like using .040 so .048 will be fine.

Thanks guys. Good to hear from the guys who know. I will make a purchase today then.

Strong, light, non-rusting.

IIRC, I read that a simple guide is to have a locking liner be about half the blade thickness. For a 3/32" blade that would be .047".
