Liner locks and clips

After using my Buck Vantage Pro for some woodworking, I noticed the linerlock locked up at around 50% to 75% (I can push it over once it's locked, sometimes it stays at 75% normally), and was wondering if this was a problem I should worry about or if it's just normal wear.

Also, my Spyderco Sage 1 wire clip sometimes gets bent one way or the other (from catching on things or being sat on). I was wondering if this was common and bending it back is just a part of having a great deep carry discreet clip.
