This may be a dumb question and sorry if it is but where is the pivot screw? Can it be adjusted?

Mikey,the only dumb question,is the one not asked(Ha,I guess that sounds like your Grade School Teacher)
The pivot,is located under the bolsters,and yes,it can be adjusted.I do put blue LockTite,on the threads,
but with a little effort,you can adj.it.
