Links after posting

No real big problem, but after I post a topic/reply, the links to the top of the page, where it tells you which forum you are in, do not work until after I reload the page. I use Netscape Communicator 4.7
 
Do you wait for the page to fully finish loading before you click on them? NS has this weird trait where it waits for the page to fully render sometimes.

As far as I know the page fully loads first, but my computer kind of acts funny sometimes, that's why I reported it, 'cause it happens consistantly.
