I was a big fan of this knife I made a few months ago, but it is ready for a new home!

This knife was made for a build-along a bit ago where the design is based off of a knife a park ranger in South Africa used to kill a lion that attacked him back in 1903!

This knife features a 1/8 inch thick 1080 steel blade with a hand-rubbed finish green liners and faceted milk chocolate paper micarta scales with red/black G10 pins.

If you are looking for a chance to support a young up-and-coming maker, this is a great opportunity!

Price: $175 shipped
Preferred payment method: Venmo

5 3/4 blade, 4 1/4 handle, 10 1/4 overall

Thanks for looking and let me know what you think!

Fine looking knife Mr. Buckley. Those faceted scales look great, and I like the long lean blade profile as well. Good work!

Beautiful knife! I suppose that would be the right shape for easier penetration against a lion!

Beautiful knife at a killer price. Ranger's huge brass sold separately 😁
And the Ranger's name was Harry Wolhuter

Interesting reading: The lion killer story
Wow, thanks for posting this story - it was a GREAT read. Besides being a badass, that dude was a good writer too!

Too bad about his dogs, though, especially Bull!
