Just trying to make up my mind on what I want to get next. The bradford has n690 steel, and the m5 has sleipner tool steel

I think the Lionsteel is cooler, so I'd get it. I just haven't seen as many, the sheath is more practical and I dig the rounded spine and tang.

Can't go wrong with either though.

Oh, almost forgot the fluted g10. LOVE fluted g10.

In my opinion, I would go with the Bradford. Lionsteel has MAP mandatory pricing, which means that you are always paying more than you should. The Bradford is made in the USA, and a very popular knife right now.

I think the Lionsteel look prettier... esp. with the wood handles.
Have no experience with either steel on a fixed blade, only on folders.
I love Sleipner, gets crazy sharp without much effort. Keeps going for a long time.
The Lionsteel seems to have a more ergonomic handle but I never handled a Bradford.
