that's exactly how I feel about it. The Opera is not designed as an Italian traditional, much more as a gentleman's knife. Still, Italian gentlemen are pretty traditional by themselves, and so are their knives :rolleyes:
Oh, and I'm longing to see what Italian traditional pattern you will choose, once you decide to take that road as well :)

Congrats Andi, looks really good. I'm usually not keen on wooden handles, but I really like those.
Lionsteel makes some really nice knives and their quality is quite good.
