Lionsteel or Fox Knives

So my family and I are driving through Maniago, Italy for only a few hours and I really want to take a tour to one of the two factories of either Fox Knives, or Lionsteel. Does anyone know, which one I should go too?

Contact both for availability and hours. You could visit both since they're only 2 kilometers apart. Remember in August they close for the holidays.
