I recently found another one of these with a custom anodized handle, so I am offering another forumite the opportunity to get one of these top design knives at a very reasonable price. This has been carried by myself and the previous owner and lightly used. Here is the condition run-down:
- One small blemish on the handle of the non-lock side (can see in photo, but I never noticed it until I put a bright light on it)
- Pocket clip has scratches
- Blade has about half a dozen micro-spider thread scratches that only are noticed under intense light and will not show in photos
- Lockup is 80% engagement and SOLID, with a little stickiness when releasing
- Blade is just a wince off center to the non-locking side (which I prefer), no rubbing and plenty of clearance between the blade and the frame
- Edge appears to be original and SHARP
- Knife opens silky smooth
You can see the influence of Robert Young Pelton in this knife, as it is just a utilitarian master-piece.
Comes with OEM packaging.
