Hey everyone, I've got a few knives that need a new home. All are users and all have served me well but need to go now. I'm reducing my collection because I only ever carry a couple of them anymore and these three don't see much use nowadays. The knives are all a little dirty but I figure the new owners will likely want to clean them themselves anyway, regardless of whether or not I do it before shipping, so I'll send them as is.
First up is a Lionsteel TRE that I got less than a year ago and carried quite a bit. Knife has been sharpened only twice, and used mainly for light tasks like opening mail, cutting tomatoes, those sorts of things. No scratches or damage. Still as smooth and solid as the first day I got it. Perfectly centered and lockup is at around 30-40%. Great blade in general, especially if you're looking for a gentlemans folder. This is the CF version, and the presentation side looks great in person. The one thing I must add about this knife is that unfortunately I moved recently and left the box and everything in it behind....Go ahead and navigate away from the page now if you like, I would understand the loss of interest.
BUT, if anyone is just interested in the knife (set up in the flipper only configuration), you'll be happy to know that I am lowering the price significantly due to the lack of packaging and no thumbstud option. I got this for $270, so I'm asking $150 shipped
Next up is a Benchmade Contego. This is the grey cerakote version, and I got it a while back but don't have a need for it anymore. It's been sharpened a few times but the blade is not noticeably worn. There are marks and scratches in the cerakote near the front of the blade as can be seen in the pictures. For a working knife, this one is hard to beat. It's tough as nails, yet has incredibly smooth action. Everything is still tight and solid. The scales are almost completely free of damage. New these go for $180, so for this one I'm asking $100 shipped
Last but not least, is a newer mini grip that I just got a couple months back. It's the grey G-10 version with CPM-20CV. It's been sharpened only once, used and carried quite a bit, but the blade and scales are free of any type of wear or damage. Only the pocket clip shows scuffs and wear, and that is easily replaceable thanks to benchmades excellent customer service. Locks up great and is very smooth yet solid with no blade play. Centering is a little off to the left but not rubbing or anything like that. Excellent overall edc and a massive step up from the regular grip series. New these are going for around $170, so I'm asking $110 shipped
