Liquid Nitrogen Price Increase?

I was quaoted $7.00 per L at Praxair in Mt. Vernon, Illinois in December of 2018. I have to travel to their facility and provide my own Dewar. At that price it cost more to fill the Dewar then the Dewar cost.
