On another note, what do you guys know about the Simrad LE7 laser rangefinder supposedly used by the Military?

Nice site but I can't seem to find out if it's offered to civilians.
Also, I've been looking into NightForce NSX Scopes for my Remington 700 PSS. Any input other than "buy a Leupold"?
