I've only been doing this for about 7-8 years but the ones that stand out to me, the ones that I still use and love as much now as the day they arrived new are:

Spyderco Manix C95
ZT 0560

* I have a new Strider SMF (Stonewashed Blade and Ti) on the way so this list may change if the new lockup and fit and finish is as good as I've been hearing.

Ritter mini grip with Wilkins grips. I don't own it anymore though.

I'm not a big fixed blade guy, but the ML kephart would be my favorite.
