I am very excited about my Sage 2 Spyderco which will be here early next week. I'm already trying to decide on my 2nd, which might be an orange military, a Paramilitary 2 (if I can find one), or one of a number of others I'm considering.

As I've been researching, I've been seeing so many other awesome looking Spydercos I'm not sure where to begin.

It would help to know what your "Top 3" Spydercos are. I'd like to see which ones come out on top. Even if for different reasons, it would be interesting to see which Spydercos are the most vouched for by the Spyderco fans.

So let's have your Top 3 Spydercos ranked in order of preference. I'll compile and see what we have!

Caly3 Carbon Fiber

In that order.
Sage2, Street beat, and Delica get honorable mentions. :) I've never handled one, but I bet the Gayle Bradley will get a few votes eventually as well.

Cool thread BTW, I hope you see it through.

*Note: I've handled or owned almost every Spyderco since 1995.

My current favorite 3 are:

1. Sage 1
2. Original Green Lum Chinese Folder
3. My kiwis with stone, bone, pearl or abalone scales

Caly 3.5
Manix (the first gen before the ball-lock full-size)
JD Smith, FFG, Foliage Green

D2 Millie and Para get Honorable Mention, as do any Urban, UKPK or DKPK...depends upon the situation.

1.ZDP FRN Stretch
2. Para2 (never owned, but saw it at a dealer and it is great); CF Stretch
3. (Reserved for my next purchase)

1.) Para-Military2 (Ok I admit, I don't have one yet, but I'm positive it will be the perfect knife for me. I can just feel it)

2.) Delica 4

3.) Manix 1

I don't have top three, but I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Lum folding tanto, c46. That would be my number one.

#1 for me is the new Paramilitary 2. I can't set it down. Just an awesome knife.

#2 The new Red Persian.

#3 Sage 1

Stretch
Kiwi
C83 Persian
