"Little Brute" Bowie and Hunter with Paul Long Sheaths

Here's the "Little Brute Hunter" joining his Bro, "Little Brute Bowie."

6 and 6 1/2 inch W-2 blades clay-hardened for Hamon,wrought iron fittings with stainless accent spacers, amber stag taper handles.

Both are "Take-downs" and will get wrought iron topped take-down tools, and be off to Paul Long for matching sheaths. (Pics of those later)

 
Very nice set John. I like them both but I really love the looks of that design as a hunter. :thumbup:

I'll throw up a couple more pics of these two. There's something about the Little Brutes that I like a lot.

In fact, these guys tickle me enough that I've plotted out another pair we'll call the "Micro-Brutes."

Maybe in a couple or three weeks there'll be something else to post up.
 
Love these... but that 1/2 guarded hunter is my favorite of the 2!

Perhaps if I stop sending all my extra $$ to your wife for the beautiful jewelry she makes (my wife is really fond of it!!) I'll be able to save up enough spare cash to order/buy one of your fine blade. :)
 
Just got these little puppies back from their trip to Paul Long's sheath emporium.

Take a look at the recurve sheaths Paul made for the recurve blades.

That's one reason Paul's the Man.

This pair will be available for sale this next October at a special show...
