Here's an order I just finish up. 632 layers- of 1080/15n20- OAL 14 1/2" with a 9 1/4" blade. Top clip is sharp. hardware is of the same damascus but I cold blued it to add a little antique look. The handle material I really don't know, the customer sent it to me ,,but its a lot like gidgee.

Thanks for lookin,

Bill

Excellent work as always Bill! I'd love to see a closeup of how the pattern turned out on the front of the guard. I see a hint of it and it looks good!

That handle looks like it IS Gidgee.

Another Beaut of a knife, Bill!

Great looking knife Bill, and I think I saw a "JS" under your name.;)

Congrats again.

Oh my ! Is that ever nice Bill  Love that S guard and the treatment you gave to the blade tip looks great !! Very nice Damascus I might add

Really nice, I love the patterning. The cold bluing is pretty nicely done, too! is that the same damascus used as spacers behind the guard?

Thank you all for the nice words, I really appreciate it.

The spacer is mild steel, with 600 layers on edge the layers are so tight you can't make them out anyway.

Thanks again,

Bill

Beutiful, love the shape and don't know what kind of handle eigther, but it sure does look good.
