Here's a little hunter I just finished. The blade is forged from 1/2" w1 drill rod. Blade length is 3.25", OAL is 7". Fittings are nickel silver. The handle is curly maple that has been lightly stained. The blade was clay coated, polished, and etched to show the temper line. The spine is right at 1/8". The edge is fine and very sharp. The knife will go to Robert Brown on Monday for a custom leather sheath. If, for any reason, you don't like the knife send it back.

Price is $175 plus shipping and insurance.

Email for more pics and feel free to ask any questions, thanks for looking.

Matt, that is really one nice custom! I like the overall design and it looks great in fit & finish and blade grind. How is the W1 to resharpen? Is W1 close to W-2? Thanks!

Thanks for the compliments! I'd say w1 is a **little** easier to sharpen than w2. A pass on a loaded strop will bring it back to shaving. W2 does seem more difficult to work (but just a little :) ;)). Thanks,

Matt
